Second time I've bought something on sale here and was given what appears to be second hand or repackaged items. The inside had double plastic inserts that were stapled together, except one staple was hanging as if someone had already been in this product and tried to put it back together. I bought it onsale for about half price and it arrived in what appears to be repackaged form. I have some tapes where the noise is high and found that my ATI All in Wonder AGP card did a better job at importing the video, but was much harder to get working compared to this product.Another problem I had was the fact that it appears to be a repackaged product.
